This site doesn’t track you: no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. This notice covers the little we do handle.

Who we are

Pricing Frontier Ltd, registered in England and Wales (no. 11780471), is responsible for this site and the Haute playground. You can reach us at enquiries@pricing-frontier.co.uk.

Visiting the site

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser, to run the site and keep it secure. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

Trying Haute in your browser

When you start a session, we hold your IP address while it runs so that one address can’t open more than three sessions at once. We don’t log it or keep it afterwards.

Each session runs on its own machine at Fly.io, in its London region. Anything you do in Haute stays on that machine, and the machine is deleted when the session ends: when you end it, when you leave the page (or within about a minute, if your browser closes without saying so), or after 30 minutes.

Haute sets one cookie, haute_session, which connects your browser to your session and stops other sites using it. The playground needs it to work, and your browser deletes it when you close it.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests: running the site and the playground securely and fairly, and replying to you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@pricing-frontier.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
